Liv’s Last Video?
As seems to happen fairly often, the last-minute additions– in this case, three characters played by William Kidd– steal the show. We hope this video will clear up the few lingering misperceptions about who is who and what direction we intend to go in the future…

that is just toooooo funny !!!!!!!!
Jed and Mona,
You guys just keep getting better and better with each new video. I statred watching your clips on youtube and since then moved to metacafe and your web page. As I have stated before and I do so again; funny, fresh, new and entertaining, please keep up the good work. When I jump on my computer one of the fist things I do is see if you have posted any new videos! I have recomend you to a few of my friends that have start up companys, so let me know if any of them contact you. Have a great day!!
No more identity crises ! Finally out of the shell !
Hilarious! “CFR! CFR!” hahahaha!
This is one of your finest videos. LOVE it!!!
I just have to say that thre girls you use are the sexiest and most beautiful girls I’ve ever seen. I love them all.
Funny! Well done in post-production!
Lol. That was funny as always. Good pick Jed!
I was wondering how you guys were going to resolve the different facets of the previous films. Good job!!!! I really enjoyed all of your work thus far, and look forward to seeing you both in your future projects. I think you both have a great future ahead!!! Good luck!!
This was a great differentiator of Liv, Mona, and Jed.
BTW, being a cat lover, like videos featuring Liv occasionally.
The editing on this vid was the best ever. Seamless with the three “Mona’s”
Livfilms I decided to unsubscribe, I’m sure 95% of the Ron Paul guys are like that (or at least appear so) but there is still the other 5% that went out and did all the work. Weather you leached off the success of Ron Paul or not is something you would know, and have to convince many supporters otherwise. But it’s no longer about the man, it’s about active involvement in government policy big and small. The “Great Secret” of how our freedoms are taken is boring and simple, we need to attend council meetings, talk to representatives and keep ourselves educated about everything.
I wish you the best in the tough word of filmmaking, I understand you do what you need to do to get to the top. Just don’t forget who helped you up there.
Yeah, “boring and simple” really isn’t our thing; sorry.
It’s interesting that introducing Ron Paul to hundreds of thousands of people who might not otherwise have been exposed to him, as we have done, falls outside the realm of “all the work”, whereas going to council meetings is a unequivocal good.
Also: interesting that we owe Ron Paul supporters for helping us get to whatever lofty heights we’ve supposedly reached– we’re the ones who made the videos; all you guys did was watch them– presumably because they are good, not as an act of charity. So maybe we deserve the credit, no?
To everyone else who has commented above:
You are all awesome, and I know that a lot of you are RP supporters as well who are frustrated with the same things we are. Thanks for all of your comments.
did RPG leave a fwding address?
To Toma02. Somethimes things don’t last as long as your passion.
But the “Ron Paul Girl” thing is still here. And it’s morphing just as you would expect.
nice video Liv

i like the look at the midle
I definitely expect that we’ll do more pro-libertarian stuff in the future. What has come to be a problem with the Ron Paul Girl is that a lot of RP supporters– not 95% as someone suggested above, but a very, VERY vocal minority– believe in a lot of crazy crap that has nothing to do with libertarianism and the issue has become unnecessarily muddled.
We’re not by any means trying to distance ourselves from libertarian philosophy; on the contrary, we’re trying to distance liberatarian philosophy from the crazy nonsense and fringe lunacy with which it is currently being unfairly associated.
Finally: Ron Paul is still in the race in the same way that the Clippers are still playing out the rest of the season. To admit that either one has no chance of winning is simply to make a statement of objective reality.
Actually Jed, Council meetings and talking to representatives are the reality of how things get done.
In Tucson they were able to release all the electronic votes over a law tied in with the NAU. and proved it was rigged. The real challenge is to take the boring ( and I say boring, because most supporters don’t attend ) and make it motivating and entertaining.
I am not a fringe lunatic, but you must hand it to them they are die hard and don’t give up. They don’t need to be taken out of the libertarian party, but they definitely do need a education on how to act and talk to people. Waiting for them to leave is a convenient excuse to stop making libertarian videos.
How about supporting some of the long term Ron Paul foundations?
Like
Ron Paul Newspaper
or
Ron Paul Ambassadors
Not asking to make a video but dishing out some time or money is better than nothing.
Again– I have a little trouble with the notion that we have done “nothing”.
Look, Ron Paul is a good guy and I wish he would have made a better showing. But he got absolutely crushed, he’s a little bit too old to seriously consider another run, and– I know this might be hard for some people to hear– HE’S NOT JESUS. Okay? None of his ideas are anything other than the same libertarian stuff that has been kicking around for decades. I think it’s great that so many people have become newly turned on to libertarianism, but it’s silly how many of them seem to think Ron Paul is the one who made it all up.
I’m not interested in the “Ron Paul Newspaper” or “Ron Paul Ambassadors” any more than I am interested in helping to organize a Barry Goldwater rally. Libertarianism may or may not gain popularity in the U.S., but what this election taught me is that Ron Paul is NOT going to be the guy to make it happen. Time, in my opinion, to switch horses and look towards the future.
(By the way, you can read what I posted above concerning our intention to still support libertarianism through videos. It’s hard to have a productive conversation if you are going to make bad assumptions about things I have already addressed in the same thread).
Oh please!!! This isn’t really your last, is it?
I just love you guys. I’ve been watching ever since I was a little boy!!!
Please keep me on your mailing list and Thank You for being funny, clever and creative.
Keep rockin out. Thanks for being “normal” people. The RP meetup around here has a bunch of whackos in it… Anyways, thanks also for getting me to semi change the personal diet… maybe sooner or later we will only eat vegan… its a process. Take care and ….. keep rockin out!
Well I don’t think my point was coming across clear enough. I have a day job, and in my spare time did as much as I could to support Ron Paul. Your portrayal of Ron Paul supporters as no-life fanatics is very much off track. And in many ways hurtful and insulting to people who have given their time to a candidate that was never a messiah but simply spoke from the perspective of the foundation of our country. Libertarianism does not have a copyright on the constitution, there are many other political party’s and groups that support the constitution. But the way Ron Paul grouped the ideas and pitched them was appealing to many more people than pure libertarianism was.
Libertarianism will definitely never rule this country, it requires a leap of faith in trusting natural law that most of us can’t make. But with a still large group of people that were attracted to Ron Paul’s perspective, we can at least work towards influence in the house, senate, local government, and GOP party platforms. In the end it may not be libertarianism that wins, but a returning to respect for our foundation that wins out.
You had a good run with this and you moved on, just wish you did not have to slap supporters in the face with a overused stereotype while doing so.
No more Ron Paul Girl!?!?!?
….curling into fetal position……..
Damn diabold voting machines…no one would listen….NAU is coming…no one will listen…can’t fall asleep may get RFID chip implanted…maybe that’s what happened to her…Don’t go away RP girl, don’t go away! Or maybe she’s getting off the grid….that’s it…she’s going dark…makes sense…I got my backup generator…my organic farm in the mountains is almost complete and enough gold liberty coins to last a generation…see you on the dark side RP girl….*unplugging now*
Well, you wish we didn’t make a video doing X Y and Z and the very first thing you said is that you were going to unsubscribe. So unsubscribe already! We do things our way, you do things yours. We aren’t going to change our way of doing things to please one guy who we don’t know– particularly one who has already told us he’s unsubscribing…
Oh, and the thing about sterotypes is that they’re usually true. That’s how they become stereotypes.
LOL! Great video as usual from Liv Films!
I’m a Libertarian and a Ron Paul supporter and I also talk about 9/11 being an inside job, the CFR, the NWO, etc…, but guess what, I’ve still got a sense of humor!
If you and Mona aren’t on board with this stuff it’s OK. We don’t have to all agree about every little detail. Stick 100 libertarians in a room and you’ll get all kinds of debates going.
Should government exsist? How much government should exsist? What is better, anarchy or minarchy? Is the Federal Reserve public or private? Is there really a law that says you have to pay income tax? Which is the proper libertarian position, pro-life or pro-choice? What is the appropriate libertarian stance on immigration? Should we focus on trying to win elections or educating the public? Should we stop putting so much attention on federal offices and instead focus on local elections? Should we stop trying to work within the system and just drop out? Is government stupid or evil? Was 9/11 an inside job? Etc…
And yes, it is OK to have a life outside of politics. In fact, it is even HEALTHY! Yeah, we are in trouble but if one doesn’t take a break from “fighting the sytem” one is going to wear themselves out.
The fact that you two are Ron Paul supporters shows that you’ve got the right philosophy and that’s what matters the most. Keep up the great work!
Thanks for the post and for proving that not all crackpots are assholes.
Seriously, thanks for weighing in. You make some great points.
Love you guys! Keep making films, and squeezing the creative juices!
Mona and Jed,
Great video as always. Keep them coming.
We are definitely a Ron Paul supporter but there is no harm in making fun as long as it is not a personal attack. As a REALIST we know that many things do NOT jive on what the government has been telling us about 911 and it definitely does require more investigation.
As for Dr. Paul being out of this race you are way off base. McCain has less than 600 bound delegates and Dr. Paul is getting more and more Delegates on a daily basis to sign up. Except now they have to sign up as McCain Delegates because they will no longer be voted in as Ron Paul Delegates.
Before we go we will say just one more thing to get your brain thinking about. Dr. Paul has the MOST support from the Veterans, Active Military, and the Militias. Enough said.
Plus, the Veterans have 3 TV ads out already attacking McCain full bore.
ONLY A Doctor WILL HEAL Our Country,
Freedom4America Group
Let’s make this interesting: if Ron Paul gets the Republican nomination, you owe us a Coke.
Jed,
Don’t make that bet, unless you want to get Pwn’d! One ice cold refreshing beverage coming to a convention near you. Well MN actually…nevermind… *GOING DARK*
Wonderful video!!! I laughed! I cried! I can’t wait to see more! =)
It’s sad that Ron Paul and the libertarian philosophy (with it’s many sound points of logic, reason and ethics) and of course “Ron Paul Girl” (RPG) did not win over more minds and votes than it did during this election season… but I’m optimistic that in time, more will come to understand and appreciate the philosophy of liberty[1] and take that “leap” to respect/tolerate other’s liberty as well. I must say, I am happy to see some closure, if not with the election - than at least with Ron Paul Girl (aka my dream girl!) - who first brought me here to Liv Films! With her departure, I can finally put and end to my crush knowing “it just wasn’t meant to be”. =(
Moving on… Mona and Jed - you both make great films!!! I think it was also best to choose Mona. She’s definitely the most appealing character to the widest audience! I wish you two wonderful libertarians much continued success and many more great and entertaining videos!
PS - yeah, I was a little rifted by the portrayal of Ron Paul supporters as crazies - but I know they’re out there too, and while they can give us a bad image, at least they got the message!
PSS - I think on the whole, “Ron Paul Girl” may have brought more people to Ron Paul and his message than any other commercial, video, debate, etc out there! Thanks, way to go!

I find it entertaining that a video explaining that the RPG and Liv were great characters, but it is time to move on, has ignited a Ron Paul rally! The Ron Paul girl, or more appropriately Mona, is the reason that I started watching RP and got so involved in politics. I thank Mona and Jed for that, but I don’t expect them to dedicate themselves and their careers to RP. I have talked to many RP supporters who are, in fact, crazy. But I still support RP and his message just as I will continue to support Mona and Jed in their careers. You guys are brilliant, keep it up!
The Clippers are SO going to win!
-paulie, Bummed out I’m stuck with no-sound-playing library computers right now and can’t watch the videos.
This is a stretch here, but, I don’t know… perhaps the point of the portrayal of the “Ron Paul Supporters” was an accurate representation of the morons who called you a sell-out and not about the RP entirety? How can anyone take that otherwise? :\
I have and will always watch your videos. Keep up the good work!
